Lion King Jr the Musical will roar into the Murphey Performance Hall on July 25th, but first A PARTY!
Join the cast if Lion King Jr on Sunday, July 20th from 3pm-5pm for an afternoon of fun with a special tea party! Participants will enjoy treats catered by Roots at the Silo and a sneak peak of the performance. Young tea party-goers will learn a song and dance from the show with the cast, have the opportunity to make Lion King inspired arts and crafts with cast members, and enjoy a candy buffet, ! Plus, lots of photo opportunities with the cast of Lion King! Then head out to Murphey Performance Hall July 25-27 for Lion King the Musical as Simba travels the Pridelands and encounters hilarious characters such as Pumbaa and Timon as he finds his heart and bravery to face his Uncle Scar and take back his rightful place on the throne. Please note that children must have an adult accompany them with a paid ticket. Children cannot be dropped off at the event.
Tickets are $25 per person or $150 for a table of 6.
All proceeds from ticket sales go back into the education programs at San Angelo Broadway Academy, a non-profit performing arts organization for youth.
** Tickets are limited and must be purchased prior to the event. **Participants will need to enter Heritage Hall at First Methodist located at 27. East Beauregard across from Sacred Heart.
